Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF IT AND AVP EQUIPMENT
IB NO. 2026-09
1) The Department of Health - Eastern Visayas Center for Health Development (DOH-EVCHD), through the Various DOH EVCHD Funds (GAA 2026, CONAP and CONAP SAA) intends to apply the sum Eight Million, Five Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand, Two Hundred Pesos (₱ 8, 585, 200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of IT and AVP Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DOH-EVCHD now invites bids for the Procurement of IT and AVP Equipment using provisions under Republic Act No. 12009. Delivery of the Goods is required within forty-five (45) calendar days upon receipt of approved Notice to Proceed (NTP) and approved Purchase Order (PO). Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
