1) The Department of Health - Eastern Visayas Center for Health Development (DOH-EVCHD), through the GAA FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of the following amount being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
