1. The FAR NORTH LUZON GENERAL HOSPITAL & TRAINING CENTER, through the INTERNALLY GENERATED FUND intends to apply the sum of PhP 3, 199, 199.25 being the ABC to payments under the contract for POWER SUPPLY CAPACITY UPGRADE TO 3-333KVA WITH PRIMARY LINE IMPROVEMENT (PHASE I). Bids received in excess of the ABC for each item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
