1) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 02, through the HVCDP (AFLO Continuing 2024) intends to apply the sum of PhP 12, 868, 561.83, the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Installation/Construction, Testing and Commissioning of Hybrid Solar Powered Modular Cold Storage Facility with Battery & Generator located at Maddela, Quirino/IB No. 2026-05-39. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
