CONSTRUCTION OF VQS REGION x OFFICE BUILDING (PHASE 1)
1. The BUREAU OF ANIMAL INDUSTRY, through the Continuing Appropriations FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos (P 4, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF VQS REGION x OFFICE BUILDING (PHASE 1) under IB 2025-037 (B2). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BUREAU OF ANIMAL INDUSTRY now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of delivery/Works/Services is required within 300 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
