Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR NETWORK FACILITY MAINTENANCE FOR DIGITAL AGRICULTURE PROJECT: PACU, UPS, SWITCH/LAN CONTROLLER, AND ROUTER (VOICE GATEWAY)
1) The Department of Agriculture (DA) - Office of the Secretary, through the GAA CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Pesos: Ten Million (PhP10, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Network Facility Maintenance for Digital Agriculture Project: PACU, UPS, Switch/Lan Controller, And Router (Voice Gateway) under IB No. 048-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The (DA) - Office of the Secretary now invites bids for Network Facility Maintenance for Digital Agriculture Project: PACU, UPS, Switch/Lan Controller, And Router (Voice Gateway) under IB No. 048-25. Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
