1. The Department of Agriculture (DA) - Central Office, through the GAA CY2025 intends to apply the sum of Pesos: Thirteen Million Seven Hundred Forty-Two Thousand (PhP13, 742, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the HIRING OF SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE CONDUCT OF THE NATIONAL STRATEGIC PLANNING WORKSHOP WITH LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT (LGU) AGRICULTURISTS TO BE HELD IN PASAY CITY ON 2-6 JUNE 2025 under IB No. 039-25.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
