INVITATION TO BID FOR THE HIRING OF SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE CONDUCT OF THE DA INFORMATION CARAVAN 2025
(SECOND BIDDING)
1. The Department of Agriculture (DA) - Central Office, through the GAA CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Pesos: Nine Million (PhP9, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Hiring of Service Provider for the Conduct of the DA Information Caravan 2025 (Second Bidding) under IB No. 035-25.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DA - Central Office now invites bids for Hiring of Service Provider for the Conduct of the DA Information Caravan 2025 (Second Bidding). The effectivity of the contract is on 01 July 2025. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
