1) The Provincial Government of Masbate, through the PEO General Fund as Approved Budget by the Sanggunian FY-2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos Only (Php3, 980, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Masbate, now invites bids for Construction of One (1) Unit Two (2) Storey Multi-Purpose Bldg. at Brgy. Punta Batsan, Masbate. Completion of the Works is required within 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 90 C.D. from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
