Invitation to Bid for Construction of PSWDO (Phase II), Masbate City
1) The Provincial Government of Masbate, through the Annual Fund as Approved Budget by the Sanggunian FY-2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos Only (Php5, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of PSWDO (Phase II), Masbate City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Masbate, now invites bids for Construction of PSWDO (Phase II), Masbate City. Completion of the Works is required within 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 90 C.D. from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
