1) The Provincial Government of Masbate, through the Social Development Fund as Approved Budget by the Sanggunian FY-2026 intends to apply the sum of Forty-Nine Million Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (Php49, 950, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of River Embankment Protection at Conception River Cataingan, Masbate. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Masbate, now invites bids for Construction of River Embankment Protection at Conception River Cataingan, Masbate. Completion of the Works is required within 259 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 259 C.D. from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
