Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS HARDWARE, CONSTRUCTION AND ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES
1) The Ospital ng Palawan, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Fifty-One Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-Three Pesos & 40/100 ((₱1, 951, 423.40). being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various Hardware, Construction and Electrical Supplies with reference number IB-GOODS-2026-016. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Ospital ng Palawan now invites bids for the Procurement of Various Hardware, Construction and Electrical Supplies using nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as provided for in Section 59 of RA 12009 and it-s IRR. The criterion for evaluation to determine the award of contract shall be Lowest Calculated Bid (LCB) as provided for in Section 58.1.a of RA 12009 and it-s IRR and General Conditions 26.3.a of Bidding Document (May 2025- First Edition).
