INVITATION TO BID FOR BULK PURCHASE OF OFFICE SUPPLIES
LGU-s Annual Budget as Approved by Sanggunian, FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Ninety-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Five Pesos and Forty Centavos Only(Php1, 097, 995.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Bulk Purchase of Office Supplies (Project I.D. IB-Goods-062-2025) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1) The Provincial Government of Masbate now invites bids for Bulk Purchase of Office Supplies (Project I.D. IB-Goods-062-2025). Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
2) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
