FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF CATERING SERVICES THROUGH FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT
1. ILOCOS SUR MEDICAL CENTER (ISMC), using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the CURRENT APPROPRIATION GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY- FIVE PESOS ONLY (Php 2, 802, 825.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF CATERING SERVICES THROUGH FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
2. The ISMC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for FIVE (5) calendar days upon the issuance of Call-off. Bidders should have completed, within TWO (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
