Description : Invitation to Bid for the Completion of the Regional Blood Center
IB No. 2026-47
1) The Department of Health - Eastern Visayas Center for Health Development (DOH-EVCHD), through the SAA 2026-04-001997 intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Pesos (Php 19, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Completion of the Regional Blood Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Health - Eastern Visayas Center for Health Development (DOH-EVCHD) now invites bids for the Completion of the Regional Blood Center. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
