IB NO. 2026-25
1) The Department of Health - Eastern Visayas Center for Health Development (DOH-EVCHD), through the Various DOH EVCHD Funds (GAA 2026 and CONAP SAA) intends to apply the sum of the following amounts being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Inks. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
