Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE REBIDDING OF THE PROCUREMENT OF JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR 12 MONTHS
IB NO. 2026-24
1) The Department of Health - Eastern Visayas Center for Health Development (DOH- EVCHD), through the 2026-GAA-GMS intends to apply the sum of Five Million Four Thousand Three Hundred Six Pesos & Forty Centavos (PHP 5, 004, 306.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rebidding of the Procurement of Janitorial Services for 12 months. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DOH-EVCHD now invites bids for the Rebidding for the Procurement of Janitorial Services for 12 months using provisions under Republic Act No. 12009. Delivery of the Services is required within 12 Months upon receipt of approved Notice to Proceed (NTP) and approved Purchase Order (PO).Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
