1. The DOH - Cagayan Valley Center for Health Development, through the GOP-General Appropriations Act 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (₱2, 250, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each line item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
