Object of these services: Providing, installing and maintaining a Customer IAM (Identity & Access Management) Explanation: In order to provide its users with access to the various services in a robust and secure manner, ASTRID looking for a reliable partner for the delivery, implementation and operation (in the capacity of service provider) of a "Customer IAM (Identity & Access Management) platform" that can operate in a B2B context. This government contract of the type of services must at least provide the elements that will be briefly explained below by Post. Item 1: The delivery and implementation of a “(Customer/B2B) Identity & Access Management platform” provides a “State-of-the-Art” way to enable users to grant access to all ASTRID applications and this initially for three specific use cases: • Provide streamlined access (with SSO) to the ASTRID Control Room applications for 101 and 112 operators via identity federation with their own organization; • Provide streamlined access (with SSO) for users of the ASTRID platform for administrative tasks (Portal Site) via identity federation with their own organization; • Determining and setting up access processes, procedures and protocols for the new mission-critical mobile network infrastructure (MCx) that ASTRID will deploy in the near future.
