in 2017, an iam system (identity and access management) was commissioned by forgerock in the city of bern. The plattfom is operated by the information services of the city of bern, the support and the further development of the forge rock components were outsourced externally. To the further operation of iam, subscriptions required and the support servicesfor new project connections to the iam, these services must be tendered under procurement law. Scope of application: - support for the forgerock component support of it services in problem cases - implementation of new project connections and the associated workflows - any subscriptions required
