"I/51 Banska Bela - extension" (drafting and delivery of project documentation) Description: The subject of the order is the drafting of project documentation in accordance with the Construction Act No. 25/2025 and related announcements at the level of Construction Plan and Construction Project with findings Implementation project for I/51 Banska Bela - extension, including the provision of engineering activities, necessary for obtaining a decision on the construction plan and verification of the construction project, preparation of documentation for the evaluation of public works according to Act. no. 254/1998 Z.z., preparation of documentation for the offer, supervision of the designer over the construction of the building according to the submitted project documentation, by a professionally qualified person according to Act no. 138/1992 Coll. about authorized architects and authorized building contractors engineers in the wording of later regulations with a professional focus on the required subject of the work throughout the entire implementation period and geodetic focus verified by a professionally qualified person according to § 6 of Act 215/1995 Coll., p. d.) to j.), which will serve as a basis for processing the subject of the order. Reconstruction of bridges and culverts is also part of the resolved section with a total length of approximately 6.6 km. The project documentation must be prepared according to valid legal standards and regulations, technical standards and regulations (STN EN) and the applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic, in accordance with the scope and subject of the contract.
