"I/51 Banská Belá - extension" (development and delivery of project documentation) The subject of the contract is the development of project documentation in accordance with the Construction Act No. 25/2025 and related decrees at the level of Building plan and Building project with requisites Implementation project for I/51 Banská Belá - extension, including the provision of engineering activities, necessary for obtaining a decision on the construction plan and verification of the construction project, preparation of documentation for the evaluation of public works according to Act. no. 254/1998 Z.z., preparation of documentation for the offer, supervision of the designer over the construction of the building according to the submitted project documentation, by a professionally qualified person according to Act no. 138/1992 Coll. about authorized architects and authorized builders engineers, as amended, with professional focus on the required subject of the work during the entire implementation period and geodetic focus verified by a professionally qualified person according to § 6 of Act 215/1995 Coll., letter d.) to j.), which will serve as a basis for processing the subject of the order. Reconstruction of bridges and culverts is also part of the solved section with a total length of approximately 6.6 km. Project documentation must be developed in accordance with valid legal standards and regulations, technical standards and regulations (STN, STN EN) and valid legislation of the Slovak Republic, and that is appropriate to the scope and subject of the contract.
