I/45 Nove Heřminovy - Zator, stage I
The subject of the construction is the construction of the first stage of the road I/45 realignment, which is a first-class road with a length of approx. 5.0 km in the category S 11.5/90, which is connected at both ends to the existing road I/45. The I/45 road in the section between Novy Heřminovy ​​and the village of Zator is rerouted induced investment due to the proposal of anti-flood measures in Horni Opava and the Nova Heřminova Water Works. The existing road will be interrupted after the implementation of the waterworks and will be in the area of ​​the flood. For this reason, it is necessary to relocate the I/45 road above the flood level of the Nove Heřminovy ​​reservoir, i.e. the construction of the I/45 road solves the relocation of the existing road I/45 outside the flood area of ​​the Nova Heřminovy ​​waterworks. Due to the crossing, a roundabout in the village of Nove Heřminovy ​​(connection of road III/4581 direction Milotice and local roads) is proposed on the route of the road I/45, and a level crossing with road III/4583 (direction Čakova), roundabout in Loučky u Zator (connection of existing road I/45 and local road) and roundabout in the village of Zator (connection of road III/4585 towards Brantice or III/45910 towards Lichnov and local road).
Several bridge structures will be built on the route of the I/45 road realignment and in the places of deep cuts, frame walls will be built. Retaining walls are designed in conjunction with the right bank service road. In places where the proposed road I/45 passes through the territory with buildings intended for permanent housing, anti-noise measures are proposed.
