I/45 Nové Heřminovy - Zátor, stage I The subject of the construction is the construction of the first stage of the road I/45, that is, a first-class road with a length of approx. 5.0 km in category S 11.5/90, which is connected at both ends to the existing road I/45. I/45 road crossing in the section between Nový Heřminovy ​​and the village of Zátor is an investment prompted by the proposal for flood protection measures in Horní Opava and the Nová Heřminovy ​​Water Works. The existing road will be interrupted after the implementation of the waterworks and will be in the area of ​​the flood. For this reason it is necessary to relocate the I/45 road above the flood level of the Nová Heřminovy ​​reservoir, the construction of the I/45 road thus solves the relocation of the existing I/45 road outside the flood area of ​​the Nová Heřminovy ​​waterworks. Due to the crossing, a roundabout is proposed on the I/45 route the village of Nové Heřminovy ​​(connection of road III/4581 towards Milotice and local roads), then the level crossing with road III/4583 (direction Čaková), the roundabout in Loučky u Zátor (connection of the existing road I/45 and local roads) and the roundabout in in the village of Zátor (connection to road III/4585 towards Brantice or III/45910 towards Lichnov and local roads). Several bridge structures will be built along the route of the road I/45 realignment, and frame walls will be built in places of deep cuts. In parallel with the right bank retaining walls are designed for service communication.
