Notice is hereby given that the City of Prince George (the “City”) intends to direct award a contract to VivaCity Technologies Ltd. (the Supplier) for the provision of a hosted website portal that handles the public submission, internal processing, AI redaction, payment processing and delivery of documents. City of Prince George played an active role in the development of the Vivacity FOI tool, an end-to-end Access to Information (ATI) and FOI request management platform. Given that the City contributed to the conceptualization, design, and implementation of this tool, it is uniquely positioned as an early adopter and integral participant in the project. As a partner in the development of the program, the City-s specific involvement provides it with exclusive insights into its functionality and application within the municipal environment. The City holds a specialized knowledge base, direct access to the tool-s evolving capabilities, and a vested interest in its seamless integration across municipal operations. Furthermore, the tool has been tailored to meet the specific needs of the City of Prince George working with its operational standard and IT infrastructure. The budget range for the three (3) year term of the project is $110, 000.00 to $130, 000.00 inclusive of PST excluding GST.
