Description: This is a national tendering procedure according to the public procedure for "N256 bypass Zandkreekdam replaced traffic control installation K835 and K837 and the realization of an agricultural road with access system". The reason for this is the replacement of ( parts of) the traffic control installation K835 and K837 due to the end of life and the realization of an agricultural road with access system for minimizing nuisance for residents and improving the flow of (agricane) traffic. The purpose of the province of Zeeland with this procurement procedure is In order to conclude an agreement to a design and realization agreement with a market party to be selected, which is capable of achieving the objectives set out in that agreement and the assignment in accordance with the conditions and planning, to the satisfaction of the client to be done.
