The subject of the VZ is to repair the emergency condition of the sewer, the construction of a retention tank for rainwater, pumped storage tanks including a new connection to the public sewer. The contract also includes the cancellation of existing water connections that are not used, all according to the enclosed project documentation "HZS JHM, Brno Štefánikova 32- Repair of the emergency status of the sewer and cancellation of water connections" processed by PK Švestka s.r.o. Part of the filling is the stamping of the gallery, ie. Also its design and ensuring communication and conditions according to the relevant legislation with the relevant district mining office. The condition of construction work is to maintain the operation of the Štefánikova 32 building (entrance) and maintaining the passage into the garage in the building.
