The subject of the order should be implemented based on the material scope included in Annex No. 1 to the Draft Agreement (Subcontracting Agreement) No. 2026/02/01432 constituting Annex No. 1 to the SIWZ, the Subcontractor Supervision Book constituting Annex No. 2 to the Draft Agreement, and in particular for technical documentation for the procedure and applicable legal provisions, as well as current Polish Standards approved by the Polish Committee for Standardization.3. Documentation necessary to perform the task referred to in pts. 2 above, will be made available to Bidders in the Sap Ariba purchasing system. To obtain access to confidential documentation, you must first attach a confidentiality declaration to the Sap Ariba system or send it to the e-mail address: [email protected] (in accordance with Annex No. 6 to the SIWZ) and the registration document (KRS/CEiDG) and after receiving the approval of the Procedure Operator of the registration document and the Contractor's Declaration on confidentiality, the technical documentation (confidential) will be made available To the bidder.4.
