The subject of the order should be implemented based on the detailed scope and technical requirements contained in Annex No. 1 to Draft Agreement No. 2026/06/00192, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SIWZ, and technical documentation. Documentation necessary for the implementation of the task (containing all necessary technical data) referred to above, will be available for download in the purchasing system after prior attachment to the system and acceptance by the Operator of the procedure Statement of behavior confidentiality (in accordance with Annex No. 6 to the ToR). The confidentiality declaration should be signed by persons authorized to represent the Contractor (a scan of the declaration should be accompanied by a document confirming the above-mentioned authorization - KRS/CEiDG, power of attorney, etc.). Contractors interested in implementing the order may also obtain additional information at a meeting to be organized on July 13, 2026 at 10:00. M m. Kaźmierzów. Participating in a site visit is not mandatory, but only recommended. The Contractor bears all risks arising from the fact that he does not take advantage of the opportunity to familiarize himself with the facility during the on-site visit.
