Subject of the order should be implemented based on the detailed scope and technical requirements contained in Annex No. 1 to the Project constituting Annex No. 1 to the SIWZ and technical documentation. Documentation necessary to complete the task (including all necessary technical data) will be available for download in the purchasing system after attaching it to the system and accepting the Confidentiality Declaration along with the National Court Register (KRS/CEIDG) (in accordance with Annex No. 6 to the ToR). Allows the declaration referred to above should be sent to the e-mail address of the Procedure Operator. The confidentiality declaration should be signed by persons authorized to represent the Contractor (a scan of the declaration should be attached to the document confirming the above authorization - KRS/CEiDG, power of attorney, etc.).
