AMENDMENT 4: The purpose of this modification is to exted the submission due date from 09/10/2026 to 10/01/2026.
This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards form this RFQ.
This notice is being issued as a RFQ under solicitation number 80JSC026Q0008 for
Hypoxia Chamber Sercices including the infrastructure, personnel, training, materials, foods, supplies, and operational support necessary to execute the objective. The objective is to investigate the physiological, cognitive, and clinical effects of mild hypobaric hypoxia to inform vehicle atmospheric conditions for NASA-s Artemis Program.
