As it stands, the ECA wishes to define and then acquire a hypervision solution, in order to group and centralize the management of alarms resulting from the technical and security subsystems of the ECA and the CTA. In addition to the centralizing role, the hypervisor must offer an adapted and friendly workspace allowing the user to supervise the installations, to treat incoming alarms, and to take adequate measures for aid to the decision and to the Operation.
