Description
The Department of Defense, United States Air Force (USAF), Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Armament Directorate, Agile Weapons Division (EBx) is currently conducting market research seeking capabilities statement from potential sources, including small businesses (SB), 8(a), HUBZone, Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned (EDWOSB), Woman-Owned (WOSB), Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOSB) small business that are capable of providing level-of-effort (LOE) Engineering and Technical Support services for the HACM Program.
The HACM program requires technical support throughout the duration of the currently awarded Middle Tier Acquisition (MTA) contract. Additionally, engineering, technical, test, and logistical task support is required to ensure that the HACM technical baselines remain current and effective and that future growth requirements remain feasible. The activities for the HACM Technical Support will include, but are not limited to, engineering and exportability studies, weapon analysis, aircraft integration, testing, training, upgrades and software updates, studies and analyses related to current and future roadmap of the HACM program, simulations, modeling, and spare hardware. The Government intends to award an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity contract for this support.
All interested vendors shall submit a response demonstrating their prior experience and capability to perform this effort to the Points of Contact listed below. Proposals are not being requested or accepted at this time. As stipulated in FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No solicitation (Request for Proposal) exists currently; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. The decision to solicit for a contract shall be solely within the Government-s discretion.
