Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is: Successive deliveries of hygiene products.2. Scope of the subject of the order: The goods offered by the Contractor must: a) Have valid documents allowing for admission to trading in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with provisions of the applicable Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974), its transitional and implementing provisions and EU Regulation 2017/745 on medical devices - MDR (if the law imposes an obligation possession of such documents) - if it concerns a given product, b) meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in the ToR, in particular the conditions specified in the description of the subject of the order.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is required by the Ordering Party implementation and acceptance specify: description of the subject of the order: Assortment and price form, Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, draft provisions of the contract, Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.4. The description of the subject of the order should be read together with any changes to the content of this ToR, being, for example, the result of responses to contractors' inquiries.
