Application of the Water Code. Title V relating to watercourses. In addition, this project includes the maintenance of third category watercourses spread over the commune of Arlon'. It refers to the QUALIROUTE CCT. This involves maintenance work and small repairs as described in the Water Code - Title V. The work is spread across the territory of the municipalities located in the Semois and Chiers sub-watersheds DESCRIPTION OF THE EXISTING SITUATION AND OBSERVED DEFECTS: Problems following the presence of various limiting factors: - insufficient size of streams, - obstacles to flow and the free movement of fish: landings and ice jams, ... - riparian forest: threatening trees (watercourse size, power line, etc.), - bank erosion, - destabilized structures, - stability problems of embankments, roads or others. - Problems with the stability of slopes, roads or others. The successful bidder must take into account the recommendations made during prior consultations (DNF, etc.).
