Purpose of the works The intended works are part of the restoration of hydrology, peatlands and grasslands in the implementation of the nature management plan Valley of the Grote Beek. The aim of this is recovery of European and regionally important biotopes and reduction of CO2 emissions due to desiccation. Place of execution The works will take place in the province of Limburg in the municipalities of Leopoldsburg, Ham and Beringen. The location of the plots on which work is taking place planned are shown on the maps in the appendix.
