LifeLabs on behalf of Saskatchewan Health Authority (“SHA”) is currently inviting vendors (defined below) to provide proposals for the supply of certain goods (the “Goods”) as further outlined in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”). An individual or entity responding to this RFP is referred to in this RFP as a “vendor”. SHA intends to reduce overall costs while improving quality, safety, and service through technical innovation. As part of this effort, SHA has initiated a review of Hydrogen Peroxide vapour generation for the decontamination of pathogens in a CL3 laboratory. Based on that review SHA has identified the need for a Hydrogen Peroxide Vapour Generator for Containment Level 3 (CL3) decontamination at Roy Romanow Provincial Laboratory (RRPL), Regina.

This RFP sets forth the key requirements for a Hydrogen Peroxide Vapour Generator for Containment Level 3 (CL3) decontamination and solicits a detailed response from vendors that shall include service, quality, technology enhancements, pricing, and performance commitments. We invite vendors to partner with SHA to provide an enhanced solution for CL3 laboratory decontamination at RRPL.
