Tender Details

The purpose of the procurement is to provide the Customer with a ready-to-use hydrogen filling station for filling vehicles with compressed gaseous hydrogen at a nominal filling pressure of 350 bar and 700 bar. The station must provide at least 50 kg of hydrogen filling capacity over a 24-hour period, including all necessary technological functions, including compression, storage, supply, safety control, control and filling. As part of the rental service, the Applicant must provide a full set of services, which includes the equipment delivery, installation, connection, adjustment, commissioning, user training, warranty service, planned maintenance, remote monitoring, damage prevention throughout the duration of the contract, as well as equipment dismantling after the end of the project. The subject of the procurement is the rental of one fully functional hydrogen filling station or the rental of a containerized/modular solution intended for deployment at the location specified by the Customer. The applicant may offer an integrated solution with external hydrogen delivery at a pressure level of 200 bar or a technically and functionally equivalent solution if the performance, safety and functionality specified in this technical specification are fully ensured. The proposed station must be designed to be safe and uninterrupted for operation in compliance with all applicable laws, technical standards and work safety requirements. All references contained in this document to a specific manufacturer, model, type, technology or origin are to be considered only as functional and technical references to describe a solution that meets the Customer's needs. The applicant is entitled to offer a technically and functionally equivalent solution if it ensures no lower performance, safety level, reliability and operational suitability than specified in the specification.
