Hydraulic connection works contract for a substation connected to the Plaine Campus heat network This consultation is part of the Public Service Delegation (DSP) relating to the Plaine urban heat and cold network. Campus, conceded by Toulouse Métropole to the company Toulouse Énergie Durable (TED), a subsidiary of Dalkia. In order to respond to the challenges of energy transition and security of supply, Dalkia is committed to increasing and diversifying its points delivery. The operation consists of the creation of a hot (1100 kW) and cold (2400 kW) production substation connected to a tempered loop of the heat network, intended for an industrial company. The project requires exemplary treatment. The entity The awarding authority reserves the right to ask bidders to present one or more mandatory variants, which will then be described in the DCE.
