public services and procurement canada (pspc) has a requirement for a regional individual standing offer for the furnishing of all labour, material, tools, equipment, transportation required for the supply and delivery of hydrated lime to browns road extension, new victoria, b1h 4y6, cape breton, nova scotia on an "as and" when requested basis.
