Tender Details

The Purchaser is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to complete work for the replacement of two (2) HVAC units, known as RTU-1 and MUA-1, of the third phase only, with new hybrid heat pump/gas units fully integrated with the existing Building Automation System at the at the St. Clair College Ford Centre of Excellence in Manufacturing (FCEM) Building located at 2000 Talbot Road West, Windsor, Ontario N9A 6S4.The term of the Agreement shall run from the date of award through to the date of substantial completion which must occur prior to February 28, 2027. Additionally, the Preferred Proponent shall guarantee all work, equipment and materials for one year from substantial completion of the Agreement and the unit compressors shall hold a warranty of 5 years.The Purchaser expects the Preferred Proponent to maintain sufficient resources to fulfill all service requirements, including but not limited to, onsite meetings, shop drawing reviews, procurement activities, ongoing communication regarding delivery timelines, installation, commissioning, and warranty support.
