NAVSUP FLCN HVAC Services
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392 intends to award an IDIQ Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) provisions in support of NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Virginia. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The requirement will be solicited in accordance with FAR Part 12- Commercial Items, FAR Part 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR Subpart 19.5 Total Small Business Set Aside.
NAVSUP FLCN requires comprehensive Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) services. This includes scheduled Preventative Maintenance (PM) and an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) component for unscheduled repairs, emergency service calls, and equipment replacement. The address for HVAC services is W143-1968 Gilbert Street, Norfolk, Virginia 23511. The Contractor shall ensure proper assembly and operational status upon completion of the task. The start of performance is 30 September 2026- 29 September 2027. This action requires a site vist and Contractors must have base access to perform a site visit. Personnel will not be able to issue passes or escort from the Contractors on base.
