The Helsinki Metropolitan Area (including Kloy) (also Kloy) together with Lansimetro Oy (including LM) and Sammalvuoren Metrovarikko Oy (also SVV) requests for a Framework Competition, which is owned by KLOY, LM and SVVTasks to the HVAC service checks, maintenance, and malfunctioning and troubleshooting work. The subject of the acquisition is described in more detail in the invitation to tender and in its annexes, especially in the "service description" and "framework agreement" in the appendices. The duration of the framework arrangement is four (4) years and it is possible to continue with oneor in two two (2) year options. The estimated start date of the works is October 2025. A maximum of two (2) service providers are selected for the framework arrangement. Subscribers obtain work under the framework agreement in accordance with the preference order determined in the tendering. Subscribers mayAlso, within the framework arrangement, mini -competitions between selected framework contract suppliers. The operating model of the framework arrangement is described in more detail in the Annex "Framework Agreement". The maximum value of the framework arrangement throughout the framework contract period (including any options) is EUR 10 million.
