Amendment 2:
This amendment modifies the above-referenced solicitation as follows:
Removal of Evaluation Factors: Evaluation Factors #3 (Locality) and #4 (Past Performance) are hereby deleted from the solicitation. Proposals will not be evaluated based on these factors. Offer Due Date Extension: The offer due date is hereby extended to 11:00AM EST on 03 Sep. 2025. Offers must be received by the Government no later than this date and time.All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged and in full effect. Offerors are required to acknowledge receipt of this amendment in their proposals.
