The Regional Municipality of Niagara is inviting detailed proposals from qualified and experienced service providers with proven expertise in the inspection, testing, calibration, maintenance, and repair of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems. The successful proponent will be responsible for delivering Preventative Maintenance (PM), Demand Maintenance (DM), and Emergency Services (ES), and for furnishing all required materials, labour, supervision, transportation, inspections, permits, licenses, equipment, and any ancillary devices necessary to carry out the Services.
Proponents must demonstrate the capability to provide high-quality, timely, and cost-effective HVAC services across a broad and diverse portfolio of Participating Agency-s (PA) facilities. All Services are to be completed in a manner that minimizes disruption to operations while ensuring system reliability, performance, safety, efficiency, and the conservation of energy, time and resources.
