The city of Parkano/ technical department is requesting an offer for small HVAC equipment/ HVAC installation work for the years 2026-2027 + option 1 year (contract period 6.2.2026 - 31.12.2027 + 1.1.2028 - 31.12.2028) or at the earliest after the procurement decision is received by law enforcement. from the companies that left, which, according to the judgment of the management, are the most favorable overall, taking into account the offer price, travel, suitability and availability. The city of Parkano does not guarantee the annual procurement amount, but the ordering of supplies to the work sites takes place as needed. The offers are for the sake of uniformity to prepare on the attached form, in which we have tried to take into account the most common products previously purchased by the city of Parkano. If the products in question contain a product that has already been withdrawn from the market during the procurement period 2024 2025, we hope that the bidder will disclose this and possibly present a replacement product. Such products are not taken into account in the economic comparison. The prices on the form are given as net prices for all the requested products.
