DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) -PA055116_86115 - HVAC and Mechanical SOA, Garrison PetawawaDefence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenders to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” HVAC and mechanical services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned above.The SOA will be for a period of one (1) year with a maximum estimated value of $200, 000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to one (1) additional year period and increased in the order of $200, 000.00 for each additional period. Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be within the range of less than $10, 000; the maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $40, 000.00.The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC).
