The U.S. Consulate General in Hermosillo is seeking qualified distributors/companies to provide HVAC Air Filters with the following specifications:

Failure to provide the required technical specifications at the time of proposal submission will render the proposal non-responsive to the solicitation requirements, and it will receive no further consideration.
Delivery:
For Mexican vendors: Delivery shall be made to the US Consulate General in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico.

For U.S. or other international vendors:
If possible, delivery should be made directly to Hermosillo, Sonora Mexico and the bid shall be inclusive of all transportation and customs fees.
If delivery can only be made within the U.S., the delivery point shall be Brownsville, TX. For evaluation purposes, the Government will internally add the estimated transportation and customs costs from the U.S. to Mexico to the bid to determine the LPTA (Lowest Price Technically Acceptable) proposal.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussions. The resulting contract will be awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis.
