The object of procurement is HVAC supplies, which are used in property maintenance and repairs for the contract period 1 April 2026 - 28 February 2030. The procurement covers, among other things, pipelines, connectors, valves, faucets, insulation materials, fasteners and other items in the HVAC industry products and supplies. The competitive shopping basket consists of the HVAC accessories most purchased by subscribers. Mainly volume products with the highest turnover have been selected for the shopping basket. In addition to the shopping basket products, other product groups are also purchased HVAC accessories for which product group-specific discount percentages are requested. The aim of the procurement is to support Senaatti Group's strategic goals by offering high-quality, responsibly produced and energy-efficient HVAC accessories that enable sustainable upkeep, maintenance and development of properties. The acquisition supports the group's goal of being a pioneer in the responsible and efficient management of government facilities. Senaatti kinteistöt implements the acquisition in cooperation with others with operators belonging to the group. In joint procurement, Senaatti kinteistöt is responsible for the practical implementation of the procurement process, the procurement decision and the conclusion of contracts.
