This is about heating and ventilation. A building analysis and a heat loss calculation were drawn up by Bouw- & Energie Advies (see attachment). After this analysis, it was decided to retain the existing gas boiler for the existing chiro rooms. For When heating the sports hall, it is preferable to work with heat pumps, but a hybrid system is also an option. There is a gas connection in the building. The contractor himself can determine what the most interesting system is here. Like this the sports hall can be used with air heating (possibly with textile ducts). For chiropractic rooms and changing rooms, working with a number of air-to-air heat pumps seems to be the most interesting option.
